All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, sales events, or festivals, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the destination.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes across India.
HangCraft reserves the right to restrict COD availability for certain locations or orders based on courier serviceability.

Currently, HangCraft ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
